Kriti Nutrients Ltd share price softened by 3.89% to Rs 86.57 after the company`s net profit jumped 46.37% to Rs 9.06 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 3.19% to Rs 247.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Edible Oil industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.0 lakh crore, slipping 1.96%. It has slipped by 0.90% over last one week and dipped slightly by 3.45% in last one month while the market capitalization of Kriti Nutrients Ltd has improved by 7.81% and 2.14% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Kriti Nutrients Ltd stood at Rs 11.73 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 1.10% year-on-year, and jumping 26.40% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 10 crore, easing 8.80% YoY and expanding by 31.35% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 4.27% to Rs 236.79 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 201.08 crore, marginally falling by 7.31% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.14 crore, tumbling by 43.05% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 25.49% to Rs 921.51 crore, while net profit eased 8.59% to Rs 33.84 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 3958% to Rs 35.47 crore, and PBT softened 9.38% to Rs 45.11 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 64.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 31.96 crore in FY25. Kriti Nutrients Ltd nosedived by 13.47% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.

Kriti Nutrients will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Kriti Nutrients announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 12 August 2026.

The Board of Kriti Nutrients at the meeting held on 5th May 2026 has not recommended any Dividend on Equity Shares of Re 1/- each for the financial year 202S-26.

Net profit of Kriti Nutrients rose 29.27% to Rs 6.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.58% to Rs 255.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 200.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 8.35% to Rs 33.90 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 36.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
