Transchem Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with existing shareholders of Greshma Shares and Stocks Limited (GSSL), acquiring 100% of GSSL`s equity shareholding for a consideration of Rs 25.91 crore, or Rs 16.70 per share. The acquisition, completed August 17, 2026, makes GSSL a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transchem Limited and marks the company`s entry into the financial services sector, specifically stock broking. Regulatory approvals were obtained from NSE Clearing Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Indian Clearing Corporation Limited, BSE Limited, Central Depository Services (India) Limited, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Transchem will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Transchem announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 5 September 2026.

Net profit of Transchem rose 186.30% to Rs 2.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. There were no Sales reported in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 17.78% to Rs 4.30 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
