The board of PTC India Financial Services has extended tenure of Shri Devesh Singh, as Chief Risk Officer of the Company for a further period of two years with effect from 26 June 2026. He shall continue to be Key Managerial Personnel & Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Net profit of PTC India Financial Services declined 21.78% to Rs 45.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 58.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
