Brigade Enterprises announced that the 31th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 August 2026.

The board of Brigade Enterprises at its meeting held on 15 July 2026 has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis in one or more tranches for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 1500 crore.

Brigade Enterprises will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 July 2026.

Brigade Enterprises has allotted 8,15,40,595 equity shares at Rs.10/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 (one) bonus equity share for every 3 (three) equity shares held. The paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 244,62,17,850/- to Rs. 326,16,23,800/- due to the aforesaid allotment.

Brigade Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
