Mitshi India Limited announced that its Committee of Independent Directors has recommended that shareholders consider an open offer by Mr. Karronn Naresh Bajaj to acquire up to 22,88,000 equity shares, representing 26% of the company`s total voting share capital, at a price of Rs 15 per share. The open offer, detailed in public announcements dated July 23, 2026, July 30, 2026, and August 24, 2026, is being managed by Srujan Alpha Capital Advisors LLP, and the committee believes the offer price is fair and reasonable in accordance with SEBI regulations.
