Sangam (India) Limited has allotted 18,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares on a preferential basis to promoters and promoter group entities, including Mr. Pranal Modani, Mr. Vinod Kumar Sodani, Ms. Antima Soni, Ms. Anjana Soni Thakur, Ms. Krippie Soni, Sangam E-com Limited, and Nidhi Mercantiles Limited. The allotment, totaling Rs 100,00,08,000, was approved by shareholders on August 12, 2026, and approved in-principle by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 7, 2026. The company has received Rs 25,00,02,000 as a warrant subscription amount, and the warrants can be converted into equity shares within 18 months, on or before March 10, 2028.

Sangam (India) Limited clarified that Mrs. Krippie Soni’s category will be read as Promoter Group instead of Promoter, correcting a resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the company held on August 12, 2026, as detailed in the First Corrigendum dated July 30, 2026, and the Second Corrigendum dated August 7, 2026.

Sangam (India) announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 12 August 2026.
