KNR Constructions has received a letter of acceptance from Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad on 09 June 2026 for Construction of 6 lane bi-directional flyover crossing TKR College junction, Gayatri Nagar Junction and Mandamallamma Junction under Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/ Turnkey Basis in the state of Telangana worth Rs. 235.07 crore excluding GST. The construction period for the said project is 24 months.

KNR Constructions JV (KNR Constructions Ltd: 51%, Sushee Infra & Mining: 49%) has received a letter of acceptance for coal mining works amounting to Rs. 3,361.11 crores (excluding GST) from South Eastern Coalfields at Kusmunda OCP in the State of Chhattisgarh on Item Rate basis for a period of 2920 days.

KNR Constructions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 12.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of KNR Constructions declined 23.72% to Rs 106.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 139.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 28.67% to Rs 695.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 975.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 56.37% to Rs 437.08 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1001.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 43.24% to Rs 2698.01 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4753.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
