Transformers & Rectifiers India has received Notifications of Awards (NOAs) from Power Grid Corporation of India for manufacturing transformers of various ratings, along with all associated work. According to the company`s project classification, the orders are classified as Ultra Mega orders valued at Rs 1,000 crore and above.

Transformers & Rectifiers India has secured an order of Rs 228.26 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO) for supply of 6 nos. of transformers and 2 nos. of reactors.

Transformers & Rectifiers India has secured an order of Rs 175 crore from Bhanwariya Infra Projects for supply of 4 nos. of transformers and 5 nos. of reactors.

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) has secured an export 0rder of USD 16,258,352 (equivalent to approx. Rs. 150 crore) from PDC AK LPIV, LLC for supply of five transformers.

Net profit of Transformers & Rectifiers India declined 5.19% to Rs 89.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 94.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.70% to Rs 782.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 676.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 23.39% to Rs 264.39 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 214.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 24.24% to Rs 2508.80 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2019.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
