Mazda Limited has set Friday, September 4, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2026, will be paid on or after September 30, 2026, subject to applicable tax deductions.

Mazda will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 August 2026.

Mazda announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Mazda rose 13.13% to Rs 6.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 19.94% to Rs 64.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 53.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 10.70% to Rs 27.51 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 24.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.72% to Rs 212.05 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 193.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
