Linde India announced that the 90th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 13 August 2026.

Linde India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales rose 3.79% to Rs 614.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 591.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 20.69% to Rs 548.97 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 454.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.82% to Rs 2530.64 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2485.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
