Vallabh Steels Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Kapil Kumar Jain as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) to its board, effective August 11, 2026, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jain, holding 2,32,000 equity shares representing 4.69% of the company`s paid-up equity share capital, was appointed under Section 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, and his appointment will be presented to shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.

Vallabh Steels has postponed the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 10 August 2026. The meeting will now be held on 11 August 2026.
