The board of TVS Supply Chain Solutions at its meeting held on 04 June 2026 has approved the execution of a joint venture agreement with A.L.A Corporation for the purpose of further investment of up to Rs 10.19 crore in TVS Packaging Solutions. The proposed investment is intended to support business expansion initiatives and execution of definitive agreements with A.L.A Corporation for collaboration and development of opportunities in India`s aerospace and defense sectors. Post the consummation of the investment by the Company and subject to the investment by A.L.A S.p.A (and/or its subsidiaries) in TVS Packaging, as per the terms of the definitive agreements, the Company will hold 51% shareholding interest in TVS Packaging, and A.L.A S.p.A (and/or its subsidiaries) will hold 49% shareholding interest in TVS Packaging.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions announced that the 22th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 5 August 2026.

Net profit of TVS Supply Chain Solutions reported to Rs 17.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 4.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 21.35% to Rs 3032.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2498.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 114.28 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 13.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.08% to Rs 11002.97 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 9995.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
