PNC Infratech has received incorporation of a subsidiary company, in the name of Barabanki Mustafabad Highway as a special purpose vehicle on 17 June 2026 to implement a highway project awarded by National Highways Authority of India.

PNC Infratech has received Letter of Acceptance dated 27 May 2026 (LOA) from Lucknow Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh for Construction of 4 Lane Flyover with 2 loops and 2 ramps at Shaheed Path Intersection, RHS bank of Gomti River, Lucknow (UP) on EPC Basis for Rs. 194.40 crore exclusive of GST.

PNC Infratech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of PNC Infratech rose 42.89% to Rs 107.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 75.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 5.11% to Rs 1616.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1704.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 2.00% to Rs 831.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 815.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 20.69% to Rs 5368.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 6768.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
