Tata Capital has today, 21 July 2026, approved the allotment of USD 400 million 5.332 per cent senior notes due 2030 (Notes) as part of the USD 2 billion medium term note programme established by the Company.

Tata Capital announced that S&P Global Ratings, the credit rating agency, has assigned a rating of `BBB` in relation to the issuance of USD dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes proposed to be issued by the Company under the US$ 2 billion medium term note programme.

Tata Capital announced that the 35th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 19 August 2026.

Tata Capital will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 July 2026.

The board of Tata Capital at its meeting held on 17 June 2026 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures in the nature of Secured / Unsecured / Subordinated / Perpetual Debt / Market Linked Redeemable Debentures / Green Bonds (Debentures) up to an amount of Rs. 36,000 crore, on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches, subject to the approval of shareholders.
