CMI Limited will hold the Forty-Eighth (48th) meeting of its Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as announced pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

CMI Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Deepak Maini, Resolution Professional of the Company, has authorized the Board of Directors, whose powers are suspended, to sign and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, following the initiation of a corporate insolvency resolution process under Section 7 of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, filed by Financial Creditor Canara Bank.

CMI Limited informed the BSE and NSE that Deepak Maini, Resolution Professional of the Company, has authorized the Board of Directors, whose powers are suspended, to sign and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, on September 16, 2026, following the initiation of a corporate insolvency resolution process under Section 7 of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, filed by Financial Creditor Canara Bank.
