BCL Industries has completed the commissioning of another 150 KLPD Ethanol dedicated brownfield expansion at Bathinda (Punjab) taking the plant`s distillery capacity to 550 KLPD at Bathinda.

Net profit of BCL Industries declined 8.55% to Rs 23.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 25.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. BCL Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.35 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
