BCL Industries Ltd share price slipped 0.67% to Rs 37.05. The Company`s net profit jumped 36.41% to Rs 35.52 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 0.18% to Rs 583.19 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Breweries & Distilleries industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.3 lakh crore, rising 6.71%. It has improved by 0.18% over last one week and spiked sharply by 17.10% in last one month while the market capitalization of BCL Industries Ltd has marginally improved by 0.76% and 9.71% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of BCL Industries Ltd stood at Rs 46.82 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 24.03% year-on-year, and rallying 27.75% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 56 crore, climbing 10.97% YoY and gaining 9.63% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 0.74% to Rs 536.5 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 397.41 crore, inching up 9.25% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 12.41 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 3.65% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 32.22% to Rs 2815.14 crore, while net profit saw a marginal increase of 7.22% to Rs 102.85 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 19258% to Rs 195.55 crore, and PBT inched up 5.33% to Rs 136.59 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 63.2 crore in FY26, as against Rs 39.18 crore in FY25. BCL Industries Ltd plunged by 14.16% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.04% during the same period.

BCL Industries has completed the commissioning of another 150 KLPD Ethanol dedicated brownfield expansion at Bathinda (Punjab) taking the plant`s distillery capacity to 550 KLPD at Bathinda.

Net profit of BCL Industries declined 8.55% to Rs 23.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 25.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 19.45% to Rs 582.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 722.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 21.07% to Rs 114.98 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 94.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
