The Company`s net profit tanked by 94.82% to Rs 10.9 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 81.24% to Rs 14.53 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. It has softened by 0.59% over last one week and crept higher by 0.56% in last one month while the market capitalization of ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd has remained flat Profit before tax (PBT) of ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd stood at Rs 10.87 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 90.56% year-on-year, and tanking 94.82% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 7 crore, tumbling by 94.18% YoY and nosediving by 204.98% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 69.97% to Rs 20.67 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 8.89 crore, registering a fall of 73.38% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.49 crore, collapsing by 24.92% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations sank 48.46% to Rs 165.39 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 77.70% to Rs 7.77 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 6234% to Rs 19.62 crore, and PBT plunged by 79.90% to Rs 6.63 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 29.5 crore in FY26, as against Rs 28.01 crore in FY25. ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd rallied 190.16% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.

ARSS Infrastructure Projects has received a work order of Rs 52.65 crore for construction of Road Over Bridge with 1 x 60.0 m Camel Back Type Truss Girder + 1 x 24 m composite girder for Railway portion in lieu of LC CP-55, and proposed span of 8x 25.04 m RCC girder on PPL Gate side and 7 x25.04 m RCC girder on PPL Plant side for approach portion at Railway Km 491/17-19 between Paradeep and Paradeep Port End stations on the Cuttack-Paradeep line under Khurda Road Division from East Coast Railway.
