JK Agri Genetics(New) announced that the 26th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

The board of JK Agri Genetics at the meeting held on 8th May 2026 has not recommended any Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 ended 31st March 2026.
