Prakash Steelage Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, in Mumbai to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Prakash Steelage Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that details of securities dematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018, with confirmation from Registrar and Transfer Agent Bigshare Services Private Limited dated October 8, 2026.

Prakash Steelage Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for all directors and employees, including their immediate relatives, from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Net profit of Prakash Steelage declined 84.62% to Rs 0.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 16.42% to Rs 24.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 21.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 35.38% to Rs 0.84 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
