Aarti Drugs Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirmed the receipt and processing of securities for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

Aarti Drugs Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Aarti Drugs Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to consider and approve the “Aarti Drugs Limited – Performance Stock Option Plan 2026,” and the trading window for the company will be closed from August 25, 2026, until August 29, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
