The company also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, appointed CA Bunty Rajkumar Talreja as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, accepted the resignation of M/s. SJV & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, and appointed M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates to fill the casual vacancy for the financial year 2025-26.
