Sinclairs Hotels Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange of India, and The Calcutta Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.

Sinclairs Hotels Limited announced that shareholders at the 54th Annual General Meeting on September 15, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Khandelwal as a Non-executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective May 26, 2027, and Mr. Swajib Swapan Chatterjee as Manager for a period of five years, also commencing May 26, 2027.
