Suryaamba Spinning Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Suryaamba Spinning Mills declined 14.29% to Rs 0.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 13.81% to Rs 47.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 55.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 159.83% to Rs 3.04 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
