Shah Alloys Ltd. submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and their listing on stock exchanges, with Bigshare Services Private Limited acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

Shah Alloys Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Second Quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
