Mid India Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that it will close the trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations, to prevent insider trading related to the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchange, and the date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced later.

The re-appointment will be effective from September 28, 2026, and follows the completion of the existing tenure, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 12, 2026.
