ITC announced that the 115th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 23 July 2026.

Net profit of ITC declined 72.69% to Rs 5387.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 19727.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 5.04% to Rs 17628.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 18565.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 40.46% to Rs 20689.47 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 34746.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. ITC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 May 2026.

ITC announced that the company with effect from today i.e., 1 April 2026 has acquired the right to nominate majority of the Directors on the Board of Sproutlife. Consequently, Sproutlife has become a subsidiary of the Company with effect from 1 April 2026.The acquisition of Sproutlife is in line with the strategy to augment the Company`s future ready portfolio in foods segment.Sproutlife is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling food products under the trademark `Yoga Bar`. Positioned as a digital first brand, Yoga Bar currently has high salience of on-line sales (D2C, e-commerce platforms etc.) with growing presence in offline stores.

ITC announced that Blazeclan Americas Inc., USA, a step-down subsidiary of the Company, has been voluntarily dissolved with effect from 24 March 2026.
