Epigral announced that as part of its strategic growth and expansion initiatives, it proposes to establish a new manufacturing facility for Epoxy Resin & Formulations and Multi-Purpose Plant (MPP) at its existing facility at Dahej, Gujarat.

Epigral will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 July 2026.

Epigral announced that the 19th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 8 June 2026.

Net profit of Epigral declined 6.84% to Rs 80.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 86.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
