Sreeleathers Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Soham Dey (DIN: 11860996) as a Whole-time Director at the company`s 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, for a period of 5 years, succeeding his appointment as an Additional Director on August 14, 2026; Mr. Dey is related to Mr. Satya brata Dey, Mrs. Shipra Dey, and Ms. Rochita Dey, all directors of the company.
