Samrat Forgings Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate dated October 6, 2026, from Mas Services Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Samrat Forgings Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.

Samrat Forgings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of Samrat Forgings rose 42.47% to Rs 1.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
