Varroc Engineering Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for designated persons and their relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.

Net profit of Varroc Engineering declined 26.45% to Rs 77.27 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 105.06 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
