Galaxy Bearings Limited announced that its board approved the final commercial terms and execution of definitive sale deeds for the disposal of its industrial land situated at Gat No. 1091, Village: Sanaswadi, Taluka: Shirur, District: Pune, Maharashtra, in separate tranches. The company will sell 6,100 square meters to BRK INFRA LEASING LLP for Rs. 125 Lakhs with a sale deed execution scheduled for September 17, 2026, and 5,700 square meters to TREEFAC WORKS LLP for Rs. 150 Lakhs, with a sale deed execution scheduled for September 24, 2026.
