Ashok Leyland sold 19,144 units in month of June 2026 compared to 15,333 units in June 2025, recording a growth of 25%. Total sales include domestic sales of 17,912 units, higher by 26% on YoY basis.

Ashok Leyland achieved total sales of 14,923 units in month of May 2026 compared to 15,484 units in May 2025, recording a decline of 4%. Total sales include domestic sales of 14,148 units (down 3% YoY).

Ashok Leyland announced that the 77th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of Ashok Leyland rose 14.21% to Rs 1290.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1130.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.09% to Rs 17138.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14636.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 11.72% to Rs 3471.03 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3106.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 16.00% to Rs 56076.03 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 48341.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Ashok Leyland announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
