Varvee Global Ltd share price declined by 3.51% to Rs 55.0 after the company`s net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 203.51% to Rs 6.79 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 137.41% to Rs 19.61 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26. The market capitalization of Other Textile Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.9 lakh crore, rising 5.44%. It has slipped by 5.46% over last one week and dipped slightly by 3.38% in last one month while the market capitalization of Varvee Global Ltd has eased by 5.58% and 9.67% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Varvee Global Ltd stood at Rs 10.3 crore in Q3 FY26, nosediving by 228.75% year-on-year, and plunging by 249.93% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 5 crore, tumbling by 139.43% YoY and tanking 30.31% sequentially. Total expenses inched up 9.97% to Rs 17.32 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1.44 crore, advancing by 15.20% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.35 crore, collapsing by 61.54% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations plunged by 24.94% to Rs 561.34 crore, while net profit tanked by 3946.79% to Rs 41.93 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 8280% to Rs 32.34 crore, and PBT collapsed by 3309.83% to Rs 55.53 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 64.59 crore in FY26, as against Rs 50.57 crore in FY25. Varvee Global Ltd nosedived by 21.09% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.37% during the same period.

Varvee Global will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Varvee Global has received a purchase order valued at approximately Rs 12.08 crore. The order comprises the supply of nearly 9 lakh meters of suiting fabrics and highlights the company`s growing presence in value-added textile segments.

Net Loss of Varvee Global reported to Rs 28.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 8.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 211.73% to Rs 23.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 32.85% to Rs 12.45 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
