Shetron Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. Trading in the company`s securities, scrip code 526137, has been closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and connected persons since July 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared on August 14, 2026.

Shetron announced that the 46th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.
