Shetron Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and trading window for the company’s securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared on November 3, 2026.

Shetron Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, has received a certificate from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Shetron Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; during this period, trading in the company`s shares will be restricted for employees, directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. Central Depository Services Limited will also freeze the PAN of designated persons during the trading window closure.

Shetron Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. Trading in the company`s securities, scrip code 526137, has been closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and connected persons since July 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared on August 14, 2026.

Shetron announced that the 46th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.
