Spenta International Limited disclosed that its shareholders approved the reappointment of Danny Firoze Hansotia as Managing Director for three years, effective December 1, 2026, and the reappointment of Dilip Ramdas Pawar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective August 13, 2026. Additionally, the company regularized Anil Krushnadas Parekh as a Director and appointed him as a Wholetime Director, both effective September 23, 2026, at its 39th Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, Anil Krushnadas Parekh was regularized as a Director and appointed as a Wholetime Director, both effective September 23, 2026.

Spenta International Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for all designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
