Birla Cable will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 August 2026.

Birla Cable announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 3 August 2026.

Birla Cable announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 12.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Birla Cable rose 629.73% to Rs 10.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 37.04% to Rs 214.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 156.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 245.60% to Rs 16.90 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 16.54% to Rs 771.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 661.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
