Kirloskar Pneumatic Company announced that Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) was executed today, to acquire 99.49% of the total voting power of Kirloskar South East Asia Co. (KSEA).

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has allotted 5,000 equity shares under ESOS on 22 June 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 12,99,26,380 comprising of 6,49,63,190 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company (KPCL) has acquired balance 44.74% stake from the existing promoter shareholder of Systems and Components (India) (subsidiary company) on 04 May 2026 pursuant to the Share Purchase and Share Holders` Agreement (SPSHA). As a result, the subsidiary company has become wholly owned subsidiary of KPCL with effect from 04 May 2026.
