Pioneer Embroideries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of financial results for directors, officers, employees, insiders, and designated persons.

Pioneer Embroideries Ltd share price inched up 3.55% to Rs 23.65 after the company`s net profit tanked by 97.12% to Rs 0.12 crore, while revenue from operations increased 12.13% to Rs 96.32 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Textile Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.65 lakh crore, rising 2.72%. It has softened by 1.83% over last one week and climbed by 14.65% in last one month while the market capitalization of Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has improved by 0.64% and 9.04% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Pioneer Embroideries Ltd stood at Rs 0.17 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 87.94% year-on-year, and tumbling by 97.01% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, tanking 30.39% YoY and nosediving by 660.53% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 15.52% to Rs 96.47 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 64.86 crore, surging by 21.01% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 8.93 crore, dipping slightly 1.65% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined by 10.18% to Rs 335.41 crore, while net profit plunged by 86.55% to Rs 0.6 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 1712% to Rs 6.79 crore, and PBT collapsed by 88.20% to Rs 0.74 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 18.82 crore in FY26, as against Rs 32.88 crore in FY25. Pioneer Embroideries Ltd nosedived by 38.90% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.

Pioneer Embroideries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Net profit of Pioneer Embroideries rose 199.28% to Rs 4.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.59% to Rs 85.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 88.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 86.41% to Rs 0.61 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
