Multibase India Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 04, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for equity shares of Multibase India Limited will be closed for its designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, to November 06, 2026, inclusive.

Multibase India Limited informed the BSE Limited that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Multibase India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Net profit of Multibase India declined 51.11% to Rs 1.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.35% to Rs 17.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 15.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 28.81% to Rs 10.43 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 14.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 5.91% to Rs 66.57 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 70.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
