Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd share price gained 1.52% to Rs 368.2 after the company`s net profit inched up 2.71% to Rs 58.45 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 0.86% to Rs 689.88 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Electrical Equipment industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.19 lakh crore, slipping 1.10%. It has improved by 2.06% over last one week and moving up by 12.22% in last one month while the market capitalization of Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has marginally improved by 5.49% and 112.82% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd stood at Rs 58.69 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 257.21% year-on-year, and rising 0.32% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 69 crore, surging by 125.59% YoY and declining 1.93% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 0.28% to Rs 624.62 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 600.13 crore, inching up 6.09% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 8.3 crore, surging 24.44% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 224.84% to Rs 1115.39 crore, while net profit jumped 102.58% to Rs 34.5 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 4170% to Rs 66.22 crore, and PBT soared 103.61% to Rs 34.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 17.15 crore in FY26, as against Rs 130.93 crore in FY25. Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd rallied 145.47% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited announced the appointment of Umeshkumar Chhaya (DIN: 11881011) as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director, effective August 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting; Chhaya, currently Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited, will serve until September 30, 2027.

Diamond Power Infrastructure has allotted 7.11 crore equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at issue price of Rs 227 per equity share including premium of Rs 226 per equity share for an aggregate amount of Rs 1613.97 crore pursuant to the issue. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 59,80,71,060 consisting of 59,80,71,060 equity shares of Re 1 each.
