Jaihind Industries Limited, formerly known as Jaihind Synthetics Ltd, announced the appointment of Prasham Kumar Doshi as Managing Director, effective August 19, 2026, subject to approval by the company’s members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Doshi is related to Whole-Time Director Deviben Doshi.
