The board also approved revisions to the remuneration of Managing Director Mohan Agarwal and Whole Time Directors Akshay Agarwal and Raghav Agarwal, along with performance-linked commission for independent directors, and authorized an increase in borrowing limits, all subject to approval at the company’s 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 12% to Rs 6666.49 crore, while net profit plunged by 118.49% to Rs 155.04 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 21351% to Rs 273.53 crore, and PBT tumbled by 118.47% to Rs 205.06 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 91.99 crore in FY26, as against Rs 74.1 crore in FY25.

Net profit of CMR Green Technologies rose 16.41% to Rs 61.37 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 52.72 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
