Hitech Corp. will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 June 2026.

Hitech Corp. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Hitech Corporation reported to Rs 6.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
