Hitech Corporation Limited will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. IST via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, and has set Friday, September 04, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of Re. 1.00 per equity share, representing 10% of the face value of Rs.10 each, recommended by the board on May 20, 2026. The company also designated Thursday, September 17, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote at the meeting, with remote e-voting commencing on September 21, 2026, and ending on September 23, 2026.
