CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Second Interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The board of CRISIL at its meeting held on 21 July 2026 has approved amalgamation of Crisil Canada Inc. with Crisil PriceMetrix Inc., both wholly owned step-down subsidiaries of CRISIL.Post amalgamation both the entities will cease to exist as separate entities and will form a single entity under the name �Crisil PriceMetrix Inc.�

Net profit of CRISIL rose 26.16% to Rs 216.46 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 171.57 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
