Crestchem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Crestchem rose 80.33% to Rs 1.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 41.49% to Rs 10.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 0.73% to Rs 2.71 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.06% to Rs 29.61 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 25.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
