Crestchem Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors appointed Mr. Indrajyotsingh Ranjitsingh Bagga as Compliance Officer and Assistant Company Secretary, effective September 8, 2026. Mr. Bagga, a qualified Company Secretary with membership number A81745, will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2021, and other applicable laws.

Crestchem Limited will hold a board meeting on September 8, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Noon at its corporate office to appoint Indrajyot Bagga as Assistant Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from September 8, 2026, and to consider other agenda items with the permission of the chair.
