Novelix Pharmaceuticals Limited, formerly TRIMURT HI LIMITED, announced the appointment of Mr. Gnana Prakash Gattu as a Whole Time Director for a period of five years, effective August 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. Mr. Gattu, who is part of the company`s Promoter and Promoter group, holds a degree from IIT-Chennai and has over 25 years of experience in management and information technology.
