Kinetic Engineering Limited announced that its board approved the transfer of 23,00,000 warrants held by Mr. Arun Hastimal Firodia and Arun Firodia Trust to Micro Age Instruments Private Limited, and the conversion of 44,51,000 warrants into an equal number of fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, at an issue price of Rs 171 per share, resulting in a total consideration of Rs 76,11,21,000.
