SPML Infra has received an upgrade in credit ratings for various debt facilities of Rs 1,595 crore at ICRA BBB; Stable from ICRA BBB-; Stable.

SPML Infra has allotted 233,744 equity shares under ESOP scheme on 16 June 2026. Accordingly the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 168,299,846/- consisting of 84,149,923 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Net profit of SPML Infra rose 126.31% to Rs 27.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 12.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 53.68% to Rs 290.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 189.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 55.78% to Rs 74.68 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 47.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.76% to Rs 868.46 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 777.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. SPML Infra has secured a significant contract worth Rs. 165.41 crore from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (RRVPNL) for the construction of 400 kV Grid Substation and Transmission Infrastructure at Dahra, in Kota, Rajasthan, to be executed in 18 months period.

SPML Infra will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2026.
