Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Aarey Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited will close its trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and circulars issued by the BSE and NSE.
