Mphasis announced that it has become a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), an ecosystem of software development companies and security services partners that have integrated their solutions with Microsoft Security technology to better defend our mutual customers against a world of increasing cyber threats. This milestone builds on the collaboration between Mphasis and Microsoft through our Managed Security Services, Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) Services and Consulting and Advisory Services built around Microsoft Technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender & Microsoft 365 Copilot. Mphasis` Managed Security Services, available on Microsoft Marketplace is a comprehensive cybersecurity managed service framework built on AI-powered Microsoft technologies (Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Entra and Intune), designed to help enterprises proactively protect, detect, investigate, and respond to threats across their digital estate. Mphasis announced the launch of Mphasis Tria, an Enterprise Agency Platform that enables enterprises to move beyond AI experimentation and into coordinated decision-making and measurable business outcomes across operations, technology, and commercial functions. The platform, connects enterprise knowledge, causal reasoning, and agentic execution to deliver Agency Applied, transforming enterprise intelligence into governed, accountable, and outcome-oriented actions at scale. Mphasis has allotted 39,193 equity shares under ESOP and RSU Plan on 07 May 2026.

Mphasis announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 62 per equity Share (i.e. 620%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
